To solve these problems, the Government of Georgia adopted technical regulations and defined sanitary norms for the arrangement, functioning and operation of dry cleaning facilities.<\/p>\n
Technical regulations<\/strong> – sanitary and hygienic norms for arrangement, functioning and operation of dry cleaning facilities were developed on the basis of the Law of Georgia “On Health Protection” and the Organic Law of Georgia “On Labor Safety”. In order to maintain hygiene standards, proper disposal of waste water and regular cleaning of storage rooms is necessary.<\/p>\n Safety and lighting of workplaces<\/strong><\/p>\n Safety signs and instructions must be posted at the workplace.<\/p>\n Proper lighting is essential for safe working conditions.<\/p>\n noise and vibration<\/strong><\/p>\n Noise and vibration levels should be monitored to protect employees’ hearing and general well-being.<\/p>\n waste management<\/strong><\/p>\n Proper waste management practices, in accordance with the Waste Management Code, are required to minimize environmental impact.<\/p>\n Fire safety<\/strong><\/p>\n To prevent fire, to ensure the safety of employees and the facility, strict compliance with fire safety norms is necessary.<\/p>\n Control of chemically cleaned products<\/strong><\/p>\n After chemical cleaning, products should be stored separately from uncleaned products. The residual amount of harmful substances in purified products should be monitored and controlled.<\/p>\n Employees should be provided with special clothing, footwear and personal protective equipment.
